National Eat Outside Day is on August 31st and we’re excited to share some of our favorite patio dining options in Huntsville. Keep reading for all the details.

1. Pane e Vino

Nestled next to the Huntsville Museum of Art, Pane e Vino has a perfect view of Big Spring Park. And with the weather turning from summer to fall, it’s the perfect spot to enjoy some delicious Italian food before taking a stroll around the park.

Located right on the square downtown, BeeZr’s patio is the spot to be at for the end of the summer season. You also can grab a bite at Northside Coffee and Hippea Camper, if you’re looking for a wide variety of fun.

3. Chuy’s

For fans of Tex-Mex and the outdoors, Chuy’s patio is comfortable nearly year-round. You’ll find a cool breeze with fans during the summer and heaters during the upcoming cooler months.

4. Purveyor

Purveyor’s moody atmosphere makes it a perfect dinner spot. But, you don’t have to choose between enjoying the outdoors and having an unforgettable meal—just ask to be seated outdoors and enjoy the excitement of downtown Huntsville.

What’s more Southern than BBQ and eating on a patio? Moe’s Original BBQ, a Tuscaloosa-founded establishment, knows how to fire up the grill for some BBQ, plus the seating outside is 10/10.

6. Grille on Main

The patio at Grille on Main is completely shielded from the outdoors, but that doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy the meal outside. A patio is a patio.

7. Main Street Cafe

For patio dining with high-quality dishes, make your way to Main Street Cafe where excellence is the standard.

Beer and german food anyone? The patio dining at The Nook is as phenomenal as their beer list with over 400 selections.

One of Huntsville’s favorites for years now, Cotton Row anchors Southside square downtown across from the courthouse. The patio is the perfect spot to enjoy a one-of-a-kind meal while enjoying the pasttime of people-watching.

10. The Boot Pizzeria

At The Boot, you can find a menu full of unique pizza options. This place is a fav for families and college students alike. Did we mention that they have trivia too?

11. Big Oh’s

The frost isn’t here yet, but there are no rules when it comes to the Korean fusion cuisine at Big Oh’s. The patio here is the place for lovers and charmers no matter the weather. You’ll be running back another day ASAP.

Champy’s is the place to be for Southern-style fried chicken and fixings in Madison. Plus you get a nice view of their solo-inspired sign.

13. Domaine South / Domaine South Wine Shop + Wine Bar

Both locations in Huntsville have patio dining options. You’ll love the Big Spring Park’s location’s heated outdoor seating if you’re looking to dine al fresco.

14. Rhythm on Monroe

Located by Mars Music Hall at the Von Braun Center, Rhythm on Monroe’s rooftop bar has fire pits to warm you while you dine on upcoming cool evenings.

For fine dining in Madison, look no further than Tom Brown’s Restaurant. The restaurant’s patio is for the boujee fam that love a chic and upscale patio dining experience.
