As a new Huntsville resident, I challenged myself to go on and complete the Downtown Huntsville Craft Coffee Trail. Would I recommend it? Yes, yes and yes! Here’s a peek at how it went, what I drank and why you should experience it for yourself.

The Downtown Craft Coffee Trial has 10 stops—each featuring a unique Huntsville coffee shop. At each stop, you can pick up a stamp card to check your progress along the trail. The hardest part? Keeping up with the card, so make sure you keep your eye on it.

At the end, you’ll earn a cool coffee mug, along with the chance to discover new roasts and more.

My first stop turned out to be quite the treat… Lucky Charms on my latte! How fun is that?

Stop 2—Honest Coffee Roasters

I’m a big fan of a good theme. This coffee shop had Abe Lincoln’s face all over it.

Plus, it was honestly a great cup of joe.

Stop 3—Gold Sprint Coffee

For me, drinking coffee is the ultimate experience, especially when the coffee shop offers a great atmosphere. I found it at Gold Sprint.

Stop 4—The Moon Bakeshop

Once again, I love a theme, especially a space theme. Raise your lattes to Rocket City!

Stop 5—Canadian Bakin

Just as much as I love a theme, I love a play on words. This one is brilliant.

Stop 6—Pizzelle’s Confections

If you look closely, you may recognize some Willy Wonka references.

Stop 7—Charlie Foster’s

Here, I decided to channel my inner Harry Potter with a Butterbeer.

Stop 8—Olde Towne Coffee

I loved the location of this coffee shop. It was the perfect place to get some work done.

Stop 9—Piper & Leaf Tea Co.

Shh! I have a confession to make. I’m more of a tea gal, so I couldn’t resist a cup of hot tea at this stop. Tea is in the name, after all.

Stop 10—Northside Coffee

I ended the Craft Coffee Tour right with a stop at Northside Coffee in Huntsville’s downtown square.
