Saturdays for the boys—5 activities for guys to hang out

For guys, it can be hard to get out there and be social. Are you itching for a catch up day with some of your friends? Here’s a list of activities to do in Huntsville that’ll be sure to get you off out of the house and into a fun and friendly spirit.
It should go without saying that none of these activities are for men exclusively. But sometimes, we need a guide to push us into being active because of a lack of creativity. Here’s some ideas for a guy’s day in Huntsville.

Best activities for guys
Lumberjack Alley
A great way to destress after a long weekend, you’ll find axe throwing a challenging and super fun activity to catch up and throw out.

Pints + Pixels
Beer, burgers and retro video games. Do I really need to say anything else? This place is a paradise for guys and makes for a fun Saturday night.

Camping at Monte Sano State Park
A good old camping trip is one of the best ways to unplug and catch up with some of your friends. Plus, Monte Sano has more than a few hiking trails for novice and experienced hikers alike.
Note: there is a small parking fee for entering into the state park, but it’s god for the whole day.

Steve’s Cue + Grill
Again, definitely not a specific activity for guys alone, Steve’s Cue + Grill provides a super fun and chill atmosphere for a good game of pool with some good food options.

When: Monday – Saturday: 11AM – 2AM; Sunday: 12PM – 7PM
Bullet + Barrel
Bullet + Barrel is an indoor shooting and training facility with a great selection of rental firearms and fair prices. Though there probably won’t be much talking, this is a very fun opportunity to have with some of your best friends.
