Storage facility in Morgan County among new $1M+ building permits

Across the state last week, 12 new building permits were issued for construction projects exceeding $1 million. Some of these projects are in the Huntsville area, including a new storage facility in Priceville.

A $5.1 million building permit was issued to JB & L for the Upper River Road Storage Facility.

The project includes a multi-building commercial self-storage facility featuring both climate-controlled and non-climate-controlled units, complete with concrete paving, a gravel drive and a retention area.

The building site is located on the North side of Upper River Road, immediately adjacent to the west side of Interstate 65.
