A new month means a new roundup of the openings we’re looking forward to. We’ve got everything from coffee shops to a Providence spot dedicated to frozen rosé—read on to find your new favorite place in HSV.
1. The Co-Op Frosé and Eatery
Get ready for a brand new spot dedicated to all things frosé. Plus, you’ll be able to find delicious breakfast and lunch items there.
- Location: The Village of Providence, according to AL.com
- Opening date: TBD
2. Leafly Boba Bar
Ready for a brand new boba spot? Leafly Boba Bar is just that, with unique flavors like Cookie Butter (my fav!) + Vietnamese Coffee.
- Location: 6275 University Dr NW Suite 39, Huntsville, AL 35806
- Expected opening date: September 17

3. Sa Za Serious Italian
I have been waiting for this spot since we first reported about it in January of this year. Sa Za Serious Italian’s Madison location finally has all their equipment in and should open this month. Check out the Montgomery location’s menu for a taste of what to expect.

4. Turbo Coffee
I’m a Florence native and a University of Alabama grad, so I’m super excited to finally have a taste of two of my previous homes here in Huntsville. Turbo has great acai bowls and even better coffee. If you need a menu rec, go for the Moto Mocha, cold brew mixed with chocolate milk. Perfection.

5. Creme Brew Lait
This new drive-thru coffee shop will keep Madison residents (like me) caffeinated on the go. Head over this fall for coffee, tea, smoothies + more.

- Expected opening date: Late September/Early October
6. Prohibition Rooftop Bar & Grill
Another spot we’ve been waiting on for months, Prohibition Rooftop Bar & Grill in Town Madison, is finally poised to open soon. Unique cocktails, delicious food + great company are on the menu daily.

7. Peach Cobbler Factory
Summer is nearly over, but at Peach Cobbler Factory it’s peach season all year round. We’re keeping our fingers crossed that this Jones Valley spot will be able to open its doors this month.
