The success of Valentina’s Pizzeria + Wine Bar continues. Earlier, this year, owner Joe Carlucci took home the trophy at the International Pizza Expo for the second year in a row.

Now, the restaurant is opening a gorgeous, expanded location on December 6—complete with new menu items and a full cocktail bar. Read on for all the details.

The inspiration behind the restaurant

Joe Carlucci may be the one who’s taken home all the awards, but it’s never been about him. His inspiration has always been his daughter, Valentina, and everything he’s done to make his restaurant a success has been for her.

Plus, Joe says that he wouldn’t be anywhere without his amazing team, as he expressed his appreciation for them at the ribbon cutting on December 4:

Elegant new cocktail menu

If you stop by the new Valentina’s location December 6-9, you can find James Beard-recognized mixologist, Niles Peacock, at the bar. Carlucci has collaborated with Peacock to bring a cocktail menu to Madison unlike any other.
