March weather has a reputation: it’s in like a lion and out like a lamb.

The month also includes important dates like daylight savings time (March 10) and the first day of spring (March 19). Hopefully, thanks to these dates, March brings warmer weather and more daylight.

Start taking your allergy medication now as the transition into spring brings pollen counts to their peaks.

March also marks the beginning of tornado season so make sure you’re prepared for emergency weather situations.

Like last month, March has equal chances of being warmer or colder than average. Precipitation chances could also go either way.
