There are few things more satisfying than being able to get your daily caffeine fix and support a local business at the same time.

We’ve rounded up all of Madison’s local coffee shops so that you can shop small next time you need a boost. Here’s the guide:

1. Black Dog Grounds & Sounds

If your idea of a good time includes a fresh cup of coffee and curated vinyl records, Black Dog Grounds & Sounds (which we covered last fall) might be the spot for you. Grab a cup to sip while you peruse the collection, or head over on Thursday night to hear local comedians at the weekly open mic.

Address: 8006 Old Madison Pike Suite 18, Madison, AL 35758

3. Piper & Leaf x Strong Station

All the best coffee shops have a wide selection of teas, and Piper & Leaf is making sure the reverse of that is true as well. Piper and Leaf is the North Alabama tea company that has been taking the state by storm. Choose from one of their 15 tea varieties or grab a coffee or espresso drink at their storefront in Madison.
