1. Metronome at MidCity in Huntsville

On March 23rd, city officials and contractors in Huntsville gathered to break ground on Metronome at MidCity, the first residential portion of the exciting new MidCity District mixed-use development. Located in the heart of the upcoming MidCity District, Metronome will be a five-story, 296-unit apartment complex with unparalleled access to several exciting attractions coming to the area in the next few years.

Metronome at MidCity is just one part of the massive, mixed-use development in Huntsville called the MidCity District. Once MidCity is complete, the district will include upwards of 1,400 residential units, 650 hotel rooms, 400,000 square feet of office space and 350,000 square feet of retail space. Residents and guests at MidCity will have access to:

2. The Collins Huntsville Phase II

A luxury multi-family apartment complex in Huntsville has plans to expand their community in the coming year. The Collins, a brand-new apartment community near Huntsville’s MidCity District, will soon be adding five new buildings to their campus. Phase I of The Collins brought 284 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment units to the area, while Phase II will add another 50 apartments to the community.

Each apartment building in Phase II will be house-style, with private entrances and garages for each resident. The Collins plans to start pre-leasing Phase II soon, aiming to finish the project by March 2022 at the latest.
