Another month has passed, so it’s time to share our team’s list of the best places we ate this month in the Rocket City. We tried out some great dishes around town that we can’t recommend enough.

Check out the best places we ate this July in Huntsville:

1. The Poppy + Parliament

“I love going for brunch at The Poppy. I was in the mood for eggs, so I got the delicious English Breakfast with a creamy latte. My husband got Fish & Chips with a Guinness. Both meals were delicious!”

Lacey Muenstermann, Content Manager, Hville Blast

“[I] had a great night out with my family and ate here for the first time. I’d always heard people rave about their Fish & Chips and I gotta say it lived up to the hype.”

Christian Stanfield, Content Producer Intern, Hville Blast

2. Wiener von Braun’s

“Hot dogs are a guilty pleasure of mine…I have been looking around Huntsville for the last 3 years trying to find my favorite and came across Wiener von Braun’s at the Food Truck Rally in Big Spring Park. I had the chili cheese dog and it was fabulous. But all of their dogs are pretty darn good!”

3. Amerigo Italian Restaurant

“I had an incredible four-course meal at Amerigo for a rehearsal dinner. We kicked things off with the Oven-Roasted Artichoke Cheese Dip, which was amazing. Then, we enjoyed a Caesar Salad. For the main course, I chose the Shrimp Scampi, and it was delicious. To top it all off, we had a Pecan Butter Crunch Cake for dessert, which was the perfect sweet ending to a great meal.”

4. Steam Boys

“The Seared Pork Bao was really tasty and filling. I had a couple friends say they were really excited about Steam Boys finally coming to Madison, and it definitely lived up to the hype! It has a unique atmosphere and a large menu of good food.”
