1. The Lofts at Dallas Mill

The Lofts at Dallas Mill is a new development right off Highway 72 East, near Lincoln Mill. The luxury apartments, which include upscale features and amentities, are now leasing.

2. ChillaBay Dessert Bar

Madison residents, you’ve got a real treat coming. The owner of Honest Coffee in Huntsville and Madison is starting something new at The Avenue Madison—ChillaBay Dessert Bar. This “chill oasis packed with signature desserts and classic treats” is opening soon, just in time for summer days.

3. Valentina’s Pizzeria + Wine Bar new location

Joe Carlucci, who just won Best Non-Traditional Pizza in the World and Pizza Maker of the Year at the International Pizza Expo, is the owner of Valentina’s Pizzeria + Wine Bar in Madison. If you’ve ever been to their current location, you know that they could use a little more space. With their new location, they’ll have exactly that.

4. 7 Brew Drive-Thru Coffee
