1010 Elliston apartment project among new million-dollar-plus building permits

This week, five of the 10 new million-dollar-plus building permits issued in the state are for construction projects in the Huntsville area. Of those five, two are for projects at an apartment community in Madison.

Here’s a look at these new construction projects happening in and around Huntsville:

1010 Elliston in Madison

The $22 million apartment complex, which broke ground in 2021, will undergo a $6.8 million expansion, according to the new permits issued for Sealy Construction. The apartment community at 1010 Elliston Place NW Madison, AL 35757 offers studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments.
