Check out these new businesses opening in the Huntsville area

The business community in and around Huntsville just keeps growing, and this past week saw some more growth activity in the community, with several new businesses opening or announcing an opening in the area.

From restaurants to seasonal decoration shops, the Rocket City has some cool new businesses in the area. Check these out:

1. Bad Daddy’s Burger Bar – Madison

Adding to the Huntsville location, Bad Daddy’s Burger Bar expanded its Madison County footprint by opening its new location at Clift Farm, a growing development in Madison that was recently approved for several high dollar building permits.

2. PJ’s Coffee – Huntsville

A brand new PJ’s Coffee is now open in Downtown Huntsville, and you can find it at the bottom of the parking garage off Spragins Street. PJ’s Coffee of New Orleans is best known for their original cold brew and frozen granitas.

3. Spirit Halloween

Spirit Halloween is known for bringing life back to vacant buildings during the fall season. You can find its Huntsville location at the old Burlington Coat Factory.

4. Saborealo To Go

A new food truck opened today in Madison — Saborealo To Go — which serves Puerto Rican favorites like el bori plates, tripletas and alcapurrias. The truck also carries a variety of frappes and desserts.

5. Crestwood Medical Center Urgent + Primary Care

With the population of the Huntsville area growing exponentially, the health care infrastructure needs to grow with it. Thankfully, a new Crestwood Medical Center Urgent & Family Care facility opened in Meridianville this month. The facility will provide routine and preventive health care in a professional, friendly atmosphere. 

6. Grayson’s Grille + Grub

We are always excited about new food business openings in the area, so we love that Nakeya Grayson has opened Grayson’s Grill & Grub in Harvest. The new eatery features some of the best wings in town.

7. Hickory Store BBQ

We announced the opening of Hickory Store Craft BBQ earlier this year, but at the time the planned opening date was for sometime in April. However, the much-anticipated opening of the BBQ joint will be in September. And we cannot wait!

8. Li’l Mazzara’s Italian Kitchen + Wine (Athens)

If Li’l Mazzara’s in Athens is anything like the beloved Mazzara’s Kitchen in Huntsville, it will feature authentic Italian cuisine in a casual fine dining atmosphere. And will serve up some of the best Italian food around.

9. Blind Tiger

Created by Angela Panzica–who brought us Stella’s Elixir Lounge–The Blind Tiger is a luxury event center designed to host small to medium sized events.
