Ditto Landing in Huntsville is about to be the new home of Kayak Bass Fishing (KBF), a fast-growing sport perfect for a fast-growing city. Read on for all the details you need:
A new sport comes to HSV
KBF is joining a strong sports culture in Huntsville, which already hosts hockey, baseball, soccer, cross country and more. The organization, which hosts kayak bass fishing tournaments throughout the year, will bring its headquarters to Ditto Landing.

Here’s what you’ll find at the HQ, which will be in the East Harbor of Ditto Landing:
- Production studio
- Space for seminars
- FishOPS hub (nonprofit that supports veteran’s advocacy, public servant + first responder organizations)
Hosting championships + more
Additionally, Huntsville will play host to future KBF national championships in 2023, 2025 + 2031. These national championship events feature:
- Up to 650 anglers
- $3.5 million economic impact
KBF will also host regular season competitions at their Ditto Landing HQ.
