About Del Chuco: Cocina Y Cantina
If you’ve been on the square lately in downtown Huntsville, you may have noticed a vibrant sign reading “Del Chuco Cocina Y Cantina.” Through the window, you can see the new Mexican food joint taking shape.
On the walls, you’ll see murals with Huntsville landmarks, such as Monte Sano and Lowe Mill, as well as nods to El Paso—which, if you didn’t know, is also referred to as “El Chuco.”
If you know Hville Blast, you know we love The Standard Social Market. It’s made our lists for the best places to get cocktails in Huntsville, the best spots to take out-of-town guests and one of our favorite pancake joints. Oh, and we love the Southwest Salmon Bowl.)
Since Del Chuco is created by the same folks, we know it’s going to be good.
