NEW: Hattie B’s Hot Chicken is coming to Huntsville
Hattie B’s Hot Chicken is expected to open their first Huntsville location, debuting late 2025. The famous chicken restaurant will be located in the upcoming mixed use development, Stadium Commons, and will be located alongside other popular retail spots, restaurants, apartments and a hotel.
As of now, the only Hattie B’s are located in Nashville, Atlanta, Memphis and Birmingham. Read on to learn more about what’s in store for the Rocket City:
What’s on the menu?
If you’re familiar with and love Hattie B’s, you’ll be excited to know that you won’t have to make the drive to Birmingham or Nashville for your favorite hot chicken anymore. Check out what their menu has to offer:
- Sauces — everything from “No” Heat Southern sauce to the popular Shut the Cluck Up!!! sauce
- Wings, sandwiches + tenders — add a waffle for extra fun!
- Snacks — Dirty Bird Fries (crinkle-cut fries, pimento mac + cheese, dark meat bites + Comeback Sauce), fried pickles + more
- Desserts — banana pudding, peach cobbler + more

Hattie B’s will be located at the new mixed use development called Stadium Commons, which will be built next to Joe Davis Stadium.
